So earlier I told you all my goals for today…
Lets see how I did!
Running shoes?
Check! I got the Asics flux 2? I think they were super comfy and I wore them during my workout today to run a bit and they are so effortless to run in, I’m already in love.
Next was my walmart run for school supplies…
Check! believe it or not this is literally all I need for my classes. I prefer to get two drastically different colors like black and white or red and blue, one is for my M/W/F classes and the other is T/Th classes. It simplifies things when I’m on the go, and of course I had to get a big planner because how else would I be on time to things ever.
Next was my workout!
I started with *gasp* an empty gym!
and lets just say that this describes my entire workout in one picture!
What was I thinking wearing my glasses ugh. If you wear glasses you know too well the struggle of them sliding down your sweaty face. But I prevailed and finished my workout on a great note.
Of course no ab day is complete without an ab check!
Here are my results from my workout:
10min treadmill hill climb 15% incline @ 3mph
barbell ab roll out-bodyweight
rope crunch- 3 sets of 12; weights: 90lbs; 90lbs; 110lbs
leg pull ins-bodyweight
lying leg raise-bodyweight
dumbbell side bends- 30lbs
sledgehammer swings- I want to say it was about 10lbs I did 3 sets of 20 for these; 10 swings per side
tire flip- total of 40 flips; I split it up into 10×4 instead of 2×20 because I was completely beat at this point.
Hill climb on the treadmill- 15%@3mph for 10 min.
This was one of my harder workouts mainly because today is a very low carb day which drains my energy but I finished very strong and I was so proud of myself! I almost said screw the last 10 minutes on the treadmill but I made a promise to myself to do it and put my mind over matter to get it done!
Its time for dinner and a movie for this girl. How was your Sunday Funday?!
